We love accompagnying each runner in their personal journey, no matter their level. We have athletes aiming for a 10km under 60min as well as Olympians in the marathon.

We know what it takes to achieve great running results and we'd love to help you achieve your running goal(s) as well.

Our training phylosophy is the one that made our current athletes win medals at the global stage, but adapted to your level. It is volume and threshold (zone 3) focused. However, don't expect a uniquely developed training method by some random running guru. It's simply the training phylosophy that most of the elite (middle-) distance runners apply. Robust and effective.

Ongoing communication via text (WhatsApp), phone, and email with your coach

Updated training schedule whenever necessary, based on your goals and current fitness

Access your training on the Nolio (running) or Sweevy (strength) app/platform

Get analytics about your training (training load, etc.) from the Nolio app

Detailed race planning with your coach, including nutrition concepts and mental preparation

What's included

  • An initial consultation call to asses your goals, your training history, and the path forward with your coach

  • 1:1 coaching, with a 100% personalized training plan

  • Updates & changes to your training plan whenever necessary (daily, weekly, ...)

  • Communication with your coach via text, phone, and/or video call

  • Workout feedback and analysis

  • Monthly plan for 130 euros per month

  • Training delivered via the Nolio platform

Your training plan will be published on the Nolio app/platform

Get analytics about your training (training load, etc.)

Your paces and training zones automatically calculated

+ Under every workout, your coach will add its specific goal(s) (in the context of your overall plan), as well as some crucial guidelines when necessary.
